- Support attending/ during medical appointments
- Alcohol and Other Drugs Supports
- Support during appointments with other services e.g. Housing, Centrelink etc
- General Wellbeing Support
Our Aboriginal Outreach Wellbeing Officers can support you.
We aim to improve the social and emotional wellbeing of our community through internal supports and referrals into others services where needed.
We aim to assist you with your health journey to get the right supports and services.
No referrals are needed to access the services.
